CLOSURE INFORMATION

Present day through June

  • Church will continue to be held every Sunday through June 2025.
  • Pastor Burnett will officially retire on June 29th but will return for 5 additional services throughout the remainder of the year.
  • The Daycare will continue to serve the community throughout the summer until the next school year.

July through December

  • Church services will be held on the first Sunday of every month ONLY.
  • July and August services will welcome a guest pastor. 
  • September, October, November, and December services will welcome Pastor Burnett as our returning pastor.
  • The daycare will continue as usual until the new school year starts. Final date TBD.

Final Service

  • The final service will be held on Christmas Eve, December 24th, 2025 at 7:00 pm

 On behalf of the entire church board, we want to express our deep gratitude for the love, support, and dedication you’ve shown to our church over the past 100 years. While it is with heavy hearts that we face the closing of our doors, we are reminded of the countless moments of worship, fellowship, and service that have filled this space with meaning. Each of you has played a vital role in making LHCCC a place of comfort and community. Though we may be saying goodbye to this building, the spirit of unity and love we’ve built together will live on in our hearts and in the legacy of this church. Thank you for all the memories and the ways you’ve contributed to a century of grace.

A former summer "shore town," Laurence Harbor is a hidden gem within Old Bridge. The members of LHCCC  are a welcoming community of believers who come from all walks of life.
